Fantastic location right next to Hakata Station!
No lift access to the front desk, which was a hassle with large luggage.

heated outdoor spa, excellent location, diverse pay TV options
The check-in process felt overly complicated, especially when only credit cards were accepted!!! Air conditioning issues made our stay uncomfortable, needing better temperature control in the rooms!!!

I had an amazing experience! The indoor onsen was incredibly relaxing and the spacious room made it feel like home. Plus, their tub is huge – such a rarity in Japan!

The location is fantastic, just a minute's walk from Hakata station. We enjoyed relaxing by the rooftop pool, which, while small, was perfect for unwinding with the kids after long days of exploring. The spacious room was comfortable and clean, meeting our family needs.
In my wife’s opinion, the breakfast options should be more kid-friendly. A buffet would be great for families with children.

I had a fantastic stay with a spacious deluxe king room and loved the relaxing hot spring bath and sauna. The only downside was the public bath being a bit cramped, but it didn't ruin my experience at all. Definitely check out the bakery nearby for some amazing pastries! 🥐

You're in for a treat at Miyako Hotel Hakata! The location is a dream—just steps from Hakata Station. Plus, the room was super spacious and spotlessly clean. And don't even get me started on the rooftop pool. it’s the perfect chill spot after a day of exploring! There are plenty of nearby eats to dive into, like Motsunabe Rakutenchi for some hot pot magic or Ippudo for a ramen fix.
The check-in experience was a bit of a puzzle—some language barriers made it tricky when I tried to locate my luggage. I had to insist a few times before they finally found it. A slicker check-in process would make it 100% perfect.

The location is outstanding, just five minutes from the station, which is a significant convenience, especially when it was raining upon arrival. The cleanliness of the property is commendable, and the staff is polite and speaks decent English. However, I was assigned a smoking room despite requesting non-smoking, which created an unpleasant experience. Additionally, the breakfast service was limited to set meals, which may not suit everyone’s preference for variety. Overall, the positives were overshadowed by the room mix-up and breakfast restrictions.

Perfect location with spacious rooms
The location is unbeatable, just steps from Hakata Station, making it super convenient. Our room was impressively spacious with a comfortable king-sized bed and a lovely bathtub. The rooftop pool is a nice touch, although it was smaller than expected, so we didn't use it. One area for improvement would be the cleaning, as we found some stray hairs in the bathroom drawers.
